LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Dash salt

Combine well. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool slightly.

TOPPING:

4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice, reconstituted ReaLemon (okay)

Combine flour and sugar. Mix in egg and lemon juice. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into squares, let cool.
