BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, melted

Combine broccoli, rice, soup and 1/2 cup onions in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot. Stir melted cheese into broccoli mixture; top with remaining onions. Microwave 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
