MOCK CHERRY PIE | |
1 1/2 c. cranberries 1 c. raisins 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. tapioca or flour Chop cranberries and combine with raisins, sugar, water and tapioca. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Bake in a graham cracker crust in a hot oven 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie. |
