SHRIMP WITH A DIFFERENCE 
12 lg. shrimp
1 c. Newman's Own Salad Dressing
1 c. shallots, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. dry vermouth or white wine
1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Watercress (for garnish)

Marinate shrimp in Newman's Salad Dressing overnight or at least 1 hour. Saute shrimp in a hot skillet 3 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm.

Saute shallots, mushrooms and garlic and add vermouth. Cook 3-5 minutes and add cream. Cook down another 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, basil and tarragon.

Pour sauce on plates and arrange shrimp on sauce. Garnish with watercress. Serves 2.
