CREAMY GINGERBREAD SQUARES 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) pkg. gingerbread mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. seedless raisins
2 tbsp. water
1 c. cream, whipped and sweetened or Cool Whip

Combine gingerbread mix, sour cream, and water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in raisins. Spread in a well greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Bake as package directs. Cool! Before serving, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
