CRUNCHY HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham or luncheon meat
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion pieces

Cook macaroni; drain. Combine macaroni and ham in 3 quart casserole. Blend soup, sour cream, and milk, pouring half the mixture over ham and macaroni. Layer the broccoli on top. Pour remaining sauce over broccoli and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
