COWBOY STEW | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/4 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can Ranch Style beans 1 can tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste Brown meat with celery, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over Fritos corn chips or rice. Note: May need to add a little liquid. |
