RICE PUDDING 
1 c. River rice
1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
1 pt. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook rice, milk, water, half & half, and salt until thickened, about 45 to 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, in blender, place egg, sugar, half & half, and vanilla. Add a little hot rice mixture to blender, stir lightly. Then add contents of blender to rice mixture. Cook again until desired consistency. Put in bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon.
