GAZPACHO 
8 lg. tomatoes, ripe
2 lg. bell peppers
2 lg. onions
1 sm. jalapeno pepper
3 mild peppers
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin is best)
2 cucumbers, split with the seeds removed

Chop all of the ingredients.

Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cumin seeds (optional)
Cardamon seeds (optional)

May add V-8 juice for variation, spicy bloody mary mix addition. Chill for 3 hours. Garnish with teaspoon of sour cream and celery sticks.
