SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
8 3/4 oz. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce

Drain pineapple tidbits, saving syrup. In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar with cornstarch. Blend in cold water, add syrup, cider vinegar and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in gravy made from pan dripping, or 1 (16 oz.) can gravy. Add tiny meatballs made from 1 pound ground meat. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
