12 vanilla wafers
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 325°F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Fill cups 3/4 full.

Bake 25 minutes. Top with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
