LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. bottled lemon juice
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and pour over hot crust and return to oven and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
