NUT ROLLS 
3/4 lb. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
9 c. flour
1 (14 oz.) can milk
1/2 cake yeast
1 c. granulated sugar

Chill in ice box overnight. Roll in sugar as pie dough.

FILLING:

3 c. ground walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten

Cook until thick; add 1 teaspoon maple flavoring and beat. Also add 2 teaspoons cornstarch.

Double the filling recipe for the amount of dough mixture. Small nut rolls; bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Large nut rolls; bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
