ANNA'S QUICK BUTTERMILK BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2-5 c. separated flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit. Add buttermilk, oil, baking powder, sugar, salt and 3 cups of flour. Beat well. Add remaining flour and knead. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and put in 2 greased pans and let rise one inch above pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 2 loaves.
