VEGGIE STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 whole green peppers
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. mushrooms
1 big onion
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. parsley
Garlic salt
Lemon juice

Cut off top of peppers; remove seeds. Boil green peppers half done. Brown mushrooms and onion in butter or oil. Add cooked rice, parsley, 1 can tomato sauce, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and lemon juice; mix well. Put into peppers. Set the peppers in a greased pan. Pour 1 can tomato sauce over peppers. If you like sweet & sour add 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Mix with 1/2 cup water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
