EASY EASTER HOT CROSS BUNS 
1 (1 lb.) loaf Bridgford frozen ready dough
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Thaw dough. Mix raisins with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut loaf into 8 pieces, cut each piece in half again and slightly flatten each piece, lightly with rolling pin. Spoon raisin and sugar mixture in center and pinch edges together. Place smooth side up in greased pan and brush with melted butter. When doubled in size, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 4 teaspoons milk. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 teaspoons milk for a stiff frosting. When cooled use a pastry tube to make a cross on each bun.
