TOMATO CHUTNEY 
4 lbs. ripe tomatoes
1 lb. apples, chopped
3 onions, chopped fine
1 pint vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. seeded raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cayenne

Chop vegetables and apples fine. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the chutney is thick and clear, stirring occasionally. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 5 pints.
