MIDDLE EAST RECIPES 
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cardamom
2 tsp. white pepper

ZUCCHINI DOLMAS:

Med. zucchini, split and scoop out center
Stuff with hashwa, see below

Arrange in shallow casserole and sprinkle with olive oil. Pour on seasoned tomato sauce while thick from can. Thin the rest of the sauce and pour to depth of 1/2 inch; cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

HASHWA:

Saute 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef in olive oil and 2-3 onions, minced. Add 1/2 cup cooked rice (maybe more) and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Arabic spices, 2 teaspoons or more. Salt.
