MEXICAN FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 1/2 c. strawberries, halved
1 1/2 c. naval oranges, peeled & sliced
1 1/2 c. kiwi, peeled & sliced
1 1/2 c. peaches, peeled & cut in wedges
5 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. Triple Sec or Cointreau liqueur
3 tbsp. Tequila
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice

Combine all fruits in a bowl. In a small jar blend sugar, liqueur, tequila and lime juice. Pour this over fruit and mix. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. This is excellent with raspberry sherbet as a dessert.
