OVERLANDER'S HONEY PUNCH 
1 sm. grapefruit
1 can pineapple pieces
1/2 pt. brandy
3 lemons
4 dessert spoons clear honey
Cracked ice as required
4 bottles inexpensive Chablis
4 pts. Sprite or 7-Up
To decorate: Few sprigs mint, cherries, lemon slices

Cut peel from grapefruit and divide into segments, removing pips and any skin. Drain pineapple and dice fruit. Soak the fruit in brandy for an hour or more.

Add the juice of the lemons and honey, stirring well. Pour this mixture into a glass punch bowl and add the cracked ice. Pour on the chablis, stirring. Half fill tall glasses, top up with Sprite or 7-Up. Decorate with sprigs of mint, cherries and lemon slices. Gives 30 tall glasses.

Note: You can vary amount of Sprite to your taste and may be omitted altogether. You can use the pineapple syrup in punch if desired when adding honey.
