LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan. Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add water, eggs, and poppy seeds. Mix, bake and cool following package directions.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3-4 tsp. lemon juice

Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Drizzle over top of cake. 16 servings.
