PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
8 slices Swiss cheese (1/2-3/4 lb.)
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni

Thaw 1 loaf frozen bread dough. Spread out on large cookie sheet with sides, lightly greased with a little oil or butter. Spread layer of Swiss cheese over dough. Spread sliced pepperoni over cheese layer. Roll like jelly roll except roll long sides together to make a long roll. May let loaf rise before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour or until crust is lightly browned and cheese bubbles out of ends.
