PICKLED SHRIMP 
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 onions, sliced in rings
2 lb. cooked & deveined shrimp

Pack shrimp, onions and garlic in container. Mix all other ingredients and pour over shrimp. Store in refrigerator covered. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Shake occasionally.
