ZESTY PICKLED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. frozen deveined shrimp
1 lg. onion, sliced

MARINADE:

1 1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook shrimp as directed on package. Alternate cooked shrimp and onions in a shallow dish or casserole. Combine all ingredients for marinade. Pour over shrimp and onion and let marinate for about 24 hours.
