PICKLED SHRIMP 
2 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and deveined

Marinate 24 hours or more in:

1 1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 bay leaves
2 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
2 1/2 tbsp. capers
2 c. thin sliced onions

Serve with cocktails. Serves 15-18.
