CHICKEN ALA CHINESE 
1/3 c. salad oil
Boneless chicken breast cut in pieces
1/3 c. flour
Salt, pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 green peppers
2 onions
Crushed pineapple (9 oz. can)
Bamboo shoots (8 oz. can)
3 tbsp. salad oil
Sm. can water chestnuts
2 tsp. brown sugar

In frying pan put oil and heat. Dust pieces of chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides. Add soy sauce, cover, cook 10 minutes more. Remove chicken and set aside.

In same pan place oil, pepper, onions, pineapple, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and brown sugar. Place chicken on top of this. Cover and cook another 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
