BBQ SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs (country style)
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Cut spareribs into serving pieces, trimming off excess fat and boil for a short time in water. Then place ribs in a large roasting pan or dish and pour all the combined ingredients over them.

Bake at 350 degrees COVERED for 1 3/4 hours, baste sauce 2 or 3 times during baking period. Bake 15 minutes longer WITHOUT cover. Yield: 6 servings.
