TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 lg. (twin pkg.) HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch mix
Salt & pepper
1 can chopped green chilies or 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can yellow corn, drained
2 cans Trappey's pinto beans with jalapeno, drained
3 cans stewed tomatoes
4 or 5 cans water
Taco chips
Grated cheese
Sour cream

Brown beef and drain well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in vegetables and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally. Crumble taco chips into bowls. Dish soup over crushed chips; pass additional chips, grated cheese and sour cream to be added individually. You will need a very large pot to hold all these ingredients. It freezes well for future servings.
