CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. jar (5 oz.) Kraft Old English cheese spread
2 (5 oz.) jars processed Roquefort or Blue Cheese spread
1 sm. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Chopped parsley

Let cheese warm to room temperature, then beat together until light and fluffy. Beat in onion and garlic. Chill. Roll into a ball, then roll in combination of nuts and parsley. Freezes well.
