CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
Vanilla wafers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
2 eggs

Put vanilla wafers in bottom of paper lined muffin tins. Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, mixing well after each egg. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Fill each muffin tin 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Add cherry pie filling to top. Makes 15 tarts.
