PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 qt. raw persimmons or 2 c. pulp
1 qt. milk
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 or 3 eggs, well beaten
flour

Combine persimmons and milk and run through colander. Add soda and brown sugar, to taste. Add eggs and enough flour to make a thin batter.

Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 350°F until set like custard (1 hour or more).
