TOMATOES VINAIGRETTE 
8 or 9 inch square pan
Tomatoes, sliced thick
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 c. oil

Add chopped onions to tomatoes and pour oil mixture over. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
