PAM'S CHEESE CAKE 
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter

Melt butter; add to graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Line the bottom of a springform pan; pack firmly.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix well and pour into pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with 1 pint of sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cake cool. Chill overnight. Can be topped with fresh fruit, pie filling.
