ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) orange Jello, dry
1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) cans mandarin oranges

Drain fruit well. In a medium bowl mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Add dry orange Jello mix and stir into bowl with a fork. Add the first fruit and continue mixing. Before adding oranges, mix up with fork so the fruit breaks up. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
