ANGEL BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cooking oil
5 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in water and add 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Mix together buttermilk and oil; add to dry ingredients. Stir in yeast mixture. Set in refrigerator or bake immediately; no need to let rise.

Just pinch off, roll in ball, and bake. Store remaining dough in refrigerator and use as needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
