ALMOND DELIGHT 
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 can Solo Almond Filling
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Grease and flour angel cake food pan. Mix all ingredients. Bake 350°F for about 1 hour. Sift powdered sugar over cooled cake. Store in tightly sealed container. Cake will keep a week. Can be served as a coffee cake or dessert.

So yummy and easy to make! Tastes a lot like an almond pound cake I've made in the past, but this recipe uses ingredients I pretty much always have on hand. You wouldn't guess the base is a box cake.
