NO FAULT 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. dry yeast
3 1/2 to 4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. salt
2 loaf pans

Place flour in a large bowl and set in oven at lowest temperature for 20 minutes. While flour is warming, dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water; add honey to this mixture and set aside.

Dissolve molasses in 1 cup warm water, set aside.

When flour has warmed, combine yeast and molasses mixtures, add to flour along with the salt. Stir vigorously, slowly adding the remaining water to produce a sticky dough. Oil bread pans and put dough 1/3 to 1/2 full in pans. Let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove and let cool in pans 20 minutes. Then remove to cooling racks. Yield: 2 loaves.
