1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges including juice

Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes on low. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Pour in butter, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
16 oz. undrained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to thicken. Mix and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
