VEGETABLE QUICHE 
3 eggs
2 c. half & half
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lg. deep dish pie shell or 2 sm. reg. size

In bowl, add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add half & half, soup mix, cheese, and spinach. Stir until soup mixture dissolves and is well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
