VEGETABLE CHEESE QUICHE 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup (dry)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained

Mix ingredients until blended and pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
