WEIGHT WATCHER'S VEGETABLE
QUICHE
 
5 refrigerated biscuits
6 oz. cheese, grated (3 oz. Jack, 3 oz. Cheddar)
3 tbsp. flour
3 beaten eggs
1 c. non-fat milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Optional: 4 chopped green onions, 3 tbsp. bacon bits
10 oz. broccoli, spinach or mixed vegetables cooked and drained, chopped

Pat biscuits in bottom of pie pan. You will have to stretch them, they won't go completely up the sides.

Mix other ingredients together. Pour mixture in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces after cooled.
