4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate.
