VEAL PICCATA | |
1 lb. veal, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. flour Salt & pepper 1/2 sliced lemon 1/2 c. dry white wine 2 tbsp. butter Dredge veal in flour, salt and pepper. Heat butter until it sizzles. Brown veal on both sides; add wine and lemon slices. Lower heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. |
