1 lg. can tomatoes 5 jalapeno peppers 1 tbsp. juice from jar of peppers Pinch of oregano 1/2 onion, chopped fine Wear rubber gloves when getting peppers ready. Put tomatoes in blender. Add cut up peppers and juice and oregano. Blend about 10 seconds. Put in pan on medium heat. When it has come to boil turn down low. Let this cook on low for about 15 minutes. Cool. (Put in jar and use to season meat loaf, chip dip and Mexican chicken.) |
