IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan. Sprinkle with coconut or if you prefer custard pie, just sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
