CARNE GUISADA 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Flour to thicken
Water to cover meat
1/2 can tomato sauce

Cut stew meat into small pieces. Cover with water and simmer 2 to 3 hours, or overnight in slow cooker. When meat is done, add chili powder, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Simmer 30 more minutes. Thicken with flour and water.
