LASAGNA 
3/4 lb. ground chuck, brown
1/4 lb. spiced or Italian sausage, brown

2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic finally chopped
1/2 tsp. fennel seed, chopped or crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms sauteed in 2 tsp. oil

1 carton Ricotta cheese
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese or more

In a 9 x 13 pan layer a little sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, sauce Mozzarella, noodles, ricotta cheese, sauce, Mozzarella. Finish with sauce and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good frozen.
