AUNT MARGARET CHOCOLATE MOCHA
CAKE
 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the butter, add sugar and beaten egg. Dissolve soda and cocoa in the sour milk and add to the mixture. Work in the flour slowly. Beat 100 times. Place mixture in a well greased shallow pan and bake in a slow oven, 350 degrees.

MOCHA FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar (XXXX)
Butter, size of an egg
2 tbsp. boiling coffee (I use hot water if I haven't any cooked)
2 tbsp. dry cocoa
Vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; add other ingredients. Beat well and spread on cake.
