CHOCOLATE MOCHA PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 sq. chocolate or 3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. strong coffee

Sift 3/4 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and chocolate with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Pour into a 9 inch pan. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
