EASY-CHEESY POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, boiled and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In saucepan, heat soup and butter until butter melts. Add sour cream, onions, and 1 cup of Cheddar. Mix well with diced potatoes and pour into a casserole (about 9 x 9 inches). Top with rest of Cheddar and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
